Who determines the value of the trade? Who limits the cap for all the potential plants involved?
Those are the people who will make the money in this new world of energy production. Money will be shifted from production efforts to a card game at a table controlled by people who can manage the game to their benefit. Does this sound a little like gambling? It is! Remember derivatives and credit default swaps and short sales? Some variation on the same themes will have to be used to manage the system or should I say they will be used to take advantage of the system.
The new term being promoted is ‘regulated allowance derivative’ meaning an instrument that is or includes an instrument—which- is of the character of, or is commonly known to the trade as, a ‘put option’, ‘call option’, ‘privilege’, ‘indemnity’, ‘advance guaranty’, ‘decline guaranty’, or ‘swap agreement’; or is a contract of sale for future delivery; and (B) the value of which, in whole or in part, is expressly linked to the price of a regulated allowance or another regulated allowance derivative. In this case they are talking carbon credits! Not just domestic but even international trades! Who can keep up with all of the potential violations? Is there anyone capable of overseeing the rules and regulations of such a market much less the individual agreements involved? Garbage in Garbage Out!

Energy A Revolution In Process
There are two aspects to electrical energy requirements: First, electrical power generation second distribution. What are the issues that are affecting each?
Electrical Power Generation
1. The world has established CO2 and other GHG, greenhouse gas, emissions as the number one problem in electrical power generation. Is this correct or incorrect? What is the best way to resolve the problem with CO2? Should the focus of all our efforts be to limit GHG regardless of the cost?
2. Power transmission over outdated and limited or non existent distribution grids present safety, security and supply issues both in the US and nations around the world.
3. Fuel supply is artificially controlled as the rules and regulations push power generation toward more and more natural gas the fuel of choice for short term peak power plants and reduced GHG. This also overcomes the issue with grid capacity as the gas turbines are or can be located in areas of high and fluctuating demand. The transportation problem is converted from the power grid to gas pipelines and high risk LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) transportation and production facilities. Are gas turbines the best way to produce electrical power? Is power generation the best use of natural gas? How will rapid changes in supply and demand of natural gas affect the market place? What happened in Europe when the supply of natural gas was interrupted by Russia in the fall of 2009? What happens when the first LNG tanker is blown up?
High-tech societies face a cruel paradox: New Technologies may deliver wealth and prosperity, but they also leave rich nations vulnerable to crippling attacks. By relying on intricate networks and small clusters of vital assets,- advanced economies only amplify the psychological and financial destruction terrorists can inflict.
As industrialized nations seek to shore-up safety, supply and environment issues in the present system of power generation and distribution, should we be creating more potential dependence on petroleum products with limited supply and risky transportation issues? Who will control our electrical power supply?
The trend in electrical power should be away from large scale intricate production and distribution networks especially those based on petroleum products which are not under our control and thus vulnerable to the destructive power of a few terrorists, lax safety plans and unknown weak links in the supply chain.
The most economical, efficient and consistent way to produce base load electrical power is with Nuclear and CFB, circulating fluidized bed, powered facilities. Nuclear has the least environment impact. CFB offers fuel flexibility as it can use many varieties of coal, coal wastes, bio-mass and even waste from other fuel production processes- like pet-coke. These technologies have low environmental impact and GHG emissions.
The two biggest weaknesses of the large scale base load power systems are fuel supply and the distribution grid; limited capacity and power disruption caused by natural or terrorists’ acts can take down the entire basis of our society in a matter of minutes as we have seen in the past.
Onsite Power Generation / Smart Grid
Can we provide a third way to generate power and supply critical production of food water and emergency resources? Yes, the most immediate way is with onsite generation of gas and bio-fuels in self contained cross linked industrial complexes.
In order to reduce the potential for a major loss of electrical power which could totally cripple our country we should establish peak load generation units at locations other than the main large scale base load systems. Gas turbine and small scale CFG bio-mass capacity can provide power for food, beverage and emergency systems independent of the grid but serving as peak power supply to the grid. This would now offer three alternate transportation networks for emergency power production, the electrical grid, the gas production distribution system and bio-mass system. Bio-mass fired units can even be used to dispose of the waste generated by many natural disasters.
By grouping food production plants which have a high biological laden waste water stream, water and waste water treatment plants with anaerobic reactors, and emergency resources - medical, police etc together: self sustaining systems can be created to address most potential disaster causing events.
The result of the above strategy; Onsite generation of power, water production and reuse will make the most critical manufacturing, food processing and emergency resource facilities self-contained!
The smart grid is the key to sustainability as all forms of energy are plugged into the grid to provide maximum italicization of the best available fuel supply and at the same time provide the maximum ability to adapt to rapidly changing safety and emergency situations. With decentralized generation and by directional metering the market will control what happens with electrical generation and provide CO2 reduction.
Hospitals, governments and all power generation companies need to embrace the idea of systems integration for safety reasons. Optimal performance and waste minimization offer savings to payback the cost in minimal time. Integrated systems using the Best Available Technologies will provide the maximum use of resources, best safety, and least environmental impact.
Conclusion:
This program not only isolates and addresses the issue of GHG, greenhouse gases; it provides a means of transporting electrical power and food production into developing third world countries. The two biggest problems the Kyoto treaty has yet to resolve. It works equally well for any country in the world. Large scale base load units are long lead time. Gas turbines and small scale CFB units for self-contained power generation can create immediate and long lasting safety and a means of improving our image and presence internationally. Funds committed for international Kyoto efforts can now be used to address generation and safety issues as well as adding production requirements to our manufacturing facilities.
Even though transformational change is underway around the world the USA is still in position to lead the world in creating a secure environmentally sound electrical generation system. A CO2 cap and trade system is not the way of leadership it is only smoke and mirrors. Each facility or country must stand on its own when it comes to carbon reduction. Either it has a carbon reduction plan or it does not. That makes evaluation of the company or country easy. The objective then becomes to help them create a plan of action to reduce emissions.
All societies are now interlinked with instant communication and trade. Profound changes are under way in the Production of heat and power. In the USA and around the world distributed generation technologies like micro-turbines and fuel cells are growing rapidly. Having a system in place to make use of those technologies could provide many advantages and save billions of dollars per year in wasted energy and millions of gallons of fresh potable water.
We should spend the Stimulus money creating a comprehensive electrical power generation plan which addresses all of the issues at hand.
Our objective should be to actively bring together the resources to address multiple issues at the same time safety, energy, water, and environmental.
Step One:
Identify emergency zones both domestic and international for distributed power development and create partnerships to use CFB-circulating fluidized bed, fuel cell and other distributed power technologies in combination with waste minimization, CO2 reduction and water reuse to spread the cost over the complete project.
Some industries and emergency control centers can tolerate a higher capital cost for the advantages offered. Others can achieve momentum by combining technologies to reduce operating expenses or improve process design.
Example.
Food grade plants have a high demand for water and consistent power supply. They also produce a high organic volume post-process water stream for the production of bio-gas. The United States government has identified food processing as a high priority Safety issue if problems arise with the existing electric grid or water supply.
In Florida where good quality water is available from the aquifer, onsite wells can provide all the fresh water requirements. Onsite post-process water treatment can provide a high purity reuse stream for boiler feed( Pinnelas County Example) and a concentrate stream laden with organics for raw gas production as a byproduct.
Combining our biotechnological skills in screening microorganisms from post process water with biogas generation and manipulation techniques, we can construct a complete hydrogen production system that will provide a high percentage of onsite fuel requirements.
Heat from the power generation equipment can be used in many ways including humidity control for comfort or process optimization providing a natural pathway to the discussion of makeup air and other environmental issues.
Step Two:
Identify domestic and international suppliers offering the best available technologies at the present. There are lots of available options.
Develop grant programs to stimulate the commercialization of new technologies.
Step Three:
Contract programs for design, build, operate for both domestic and international projects.
The USA has listened to the needs of the world and our nation when it comes to GHG and waste minimization we are and will continue to be the leader for designing programs to help the peoples of the world. We are prepared to lead the way out of both the financial crisis and the energy crisis.
With a unified world energy program we can make a difference in the everyday life of people around the world. We have the opportunity to spur the global economy both for the industrialized nations and the so called third world and developing nations.
The question is will we come together on a key issue driving the needs of the world today and into the future?
If we do not plan for the world energy needs we are going to experience more turmoil as disputes erupt over ever diminishing supplies of petroleum products.

How low must we go?
What will it take for the people of this country to realize that God is our refuge and our strength? “And in Him, and Him alone, we should place our trust”.
It's easy to blame the overwhelming greed of those who profit at others' expense. The “freedom of choice” used to take away the life of another. Individual desire placed above all else. There is simply no way to defend that kind of behavior. It is an example of human nature at its very worst!
An equally dangerous mistake, though, is to decide that the answers lie with government.
Government cannot make enough laws to control the hearts of men. Laws are only for those who willingly choose to follow them. When man’s laws cease to follow God’s laws and the interest of the people is placed in subornation to the men in power a time of upheaval is at hand.
When the government of this country is taken from the powers above and put into the hands of natural freeman, then comes destruction. In the natural man, in whom the spirit of God does not rule, the sensuous nature becomes debased through self indulgence. The unregenerate man does not subordinate his desire to God refusing to acknowledge that it is Providence that interferes and rules the affairs of individuals and nations.
Selfish ambitions and all betrayals of faith are the forerunners of sure destruction both for the individual and the nation. It is only a matter of time as all the affairs of men not divinely conserved are doomed to failure and destruction. We see this with the moral decay throughout our society.
One small ache does not suffice to bring us to our knees we are willing to continue our pursuit of happiness in our own way without regard for what God’s will is for our lives.
We offer prayers of indulgence seeking more from God, being cognizant of all the blessings we have been provided both as individuals and as a nation.
The internal separation of body, mind and soul grows to the point that we forget that God is in charge of everything in our life and our nation as a whole. When we reach the point in pain or failure where we cry “My God, My God Why has thou forsaken me”, as we think he is not answering our prayers, the need to remove the pain itself becomes the prayer that overrides all others.
Pain is thus the perfect prayer, a truly loving God allowing us to share in His redemptive work in our lives as we are brought to our knees with a very concise focus. Acceptance of God’s will….All right Lord it is your will I want…it has always been your will. He has not forsaken us at all but rather brought us to the point we are willing to receive his redemptive Grace as we ask for his will to be done in our life. It is a simple matter of choice to give one’s life freely over to God’s will and recognize that Christ died on the cross for our sins.
Even so it is a difficult choice to arrive at as beginning with the sins of Adam, mankind has been mangled as a being separated from the will of God. A chaotic soul with a dead spirit, degenerate mind, and a body that wastes away—not too promising, eh? That is where we are as a Nation. We are but a tempest tossed on the sea of life with the freedom to make choices that accentuates our struggle with the integration and integrity of body, mind, and soul with a dead spirit separated from the will of God. As a sinful Nation like any individual sinner we have an inner struggle for control taking place. Yet it is a fight that does not have to be waged but first we must make the “choice” to lay down our cross and follow Christ.
Once Jesus Christ is accepted as our savior, we are indwelled with the Holy Spirit and have a guiding light. We are changed and we will grow in the Lord if we pray, study, meditate, fast, embrace solitude, practice submission, live simply, serve others, worship, confess our sins, seek guidance, and celebrate.
We have stood idly by to long and the enemy has come in to destroy the nation. They have became so numerous and ingrained that they are able to use our laws and our freedom of choice against us. The nation once seen as a guiding light upon a hill no longer represents that ideal. God’s people have been forced from the political scene.
What afforded the enemy such an opportunity? We have not defined who we are as a people, our language or the basis of our laws. What do we stand for as a Nation? If we do not define that we have no standard to judge decisions by. This allows an enemy to come in, take advantage of our freedoms and plant the seeds of bad laws, thus contaminating our entire legal system. We can never fault the enemy for trying to destroy us by using the very freedoms and liberties we have. It was and is his task and purpose to destroy; the fault can be placed on the indifference of good men who sleep, thus allowing the enemy to do what he does. Very bluntly what has occurred in America happened first because the church went to sleep, and then because the enemy came in and caused the damage. It is time for churches to respond to the needs of God’s people.
God wants every individual to pray for our civic leaders, because civic leaders and their policies affect every individual. Simply for our own benefit we should be praying regularly for our leaders at local, state, and federal levels in each branch of government. Prayer is the key step to effecting significant and lasting change, for situations do not change on earth until they have been changed in heaven. Additionally, we need to pray faithfully that God will root the wicked from office and will raise up righteous individuals to replace them. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure," and having the right individuals in office will prevent the enactment of many damaging policies.
As William Penn said:
Governments rather depend upon men than men upon governments. . . . If the men be good and moral, the government cannot be bad. . . . Good laws do well, good men do better; for good laws may lack for good men to enforce them . . . but good men will never lack good laws nor allow bad ones to continue.
Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story, one of the first Justices, wondered if we could survive as a nation if we did not teach our children about religion and morality as restraints upon the liberal sensual desires of freemen. Well since June 25, l962, students are forbidden to do what they and their predecessors had been doing since the founding of our nation - publicly calling upon the name of the Lord at the beginning of each school day. The prayer which prompted the Engel vs. Vitale ruling had simply prayed: "Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence on Thee and beg Thy blessing over us, our parents, our teachers and our nation." As a result of this decision which removed the Bible, prayer and any mention of God from our schools we have been brought to our knees. And that is where we should stay in prayer for our nation and our children’s future.
The law may say that our children can’t pray but it can’t stop them or us from praying. We should pray: "Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence on Thee and beg Thy blessing over us, our parents, our teachers and our nation."
We should teach our children well that they may know what has been lost since 1962.
The lack of a vision for American makes us look like a degenerate adolescent who refuses to accept responsibility for his actions, trying everything regardless of the cost, in search of a life purpose.
Who are we? As a nation we need to answer that question and plan for our future. The best stimulus is individual confidence based on a firm foundation knowing that we are following God’s will in our lives and in our society.
It took a civil war to bring us low enough to create our national motto “IN GOD WE TRUST” which first appeared on a coin in 1864.
Let’s hope we can avoid that destructive path this time. That’s my two cents worth.

Immigration the big picture!
The history of our country is replete with incidents of previous generations of immigrants who have become American’s; men and women who were willing to die for GOD, honor and in service of our country. History records what they did as American’s and what they did when faced with immigration issues. We should use their experience for our instruction and profit.
As a result of these bold words, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed---“, Individuals all over the world know what freedom means and they recognize the United States of America as the place where they can have freedom to pursue their dreams.
According to the statue of liberty inscription, "Give me your tired, your poor,Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me.I lift my lamp beside the golden door."
Millions of people have come to our shores year after year seeking independence from the tyranny of oppression with heavy burdens having given up or lost their entire familial past to do so.
Those people had no choice other than to assimilate into the fabric of the American society. But a large number of people came in waves from the same geographic area fleeing famine and economic hardship, without any desire to become Americans, seeking only a better life. They did not want to give up their old country and its ways and assimilate into our society. At different times throughout our history this has created many problems as the potential for internal conflict and division along old national allegiances reached the boiling point.
As a result, Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis, immigrant and first Jewish member of the Supreme Court, tried to set the standards for assimilation when he said that Americanization required that the immigrant adopt "the clothes, the manners and the customs generally prevailing here" and that he adopt "the English language as the common medium of speech."But, Brandeis said, this is only part of it. "(W)e properly demand of the immigrant even more than this -- he must be brought into complete harmony with our ideals and aspirations and cooperate with us for their attainment. Only when this has been done will he possess the national consciousness of an American."
Throughout our history we have invited the world to give us the poor, the tired, the hungry. We still do, however, there are major problems with illegal Immigrants. First, they are not assimilating into our culture as long as they remain illegal. Second we are in the middle of World War III, which is being waged by infiltration and terrorism. Third, we are so far removed from our early history that we can’t even define the “national consciousness of an American”.
Today we have to define our immigration-assimilation policy by articulating these interconnected ideas: (1) defining what it means to be an American where individual liberty and representative government are the political ideals. (2) Welcoming immigrants and assimilating those immigrants who desire to be American into the mainstream of American civic life where integration is available to all whatever their cultural identity or affiliation. (3) At the same time we have to make provision for those illegal aliens who are only here for economic reasons to return to their homeland. Forcible assimilation is not an option and for the most part would be counter-productive. Attempts to assimilate particular ethnic groups would arouse the national consciousness of those groups so that they would become more resistant to being American and would then develop their own nationalist aspirations.
What is the national consciousness of an American?
It is a state of mind which says In God we trust, that Jesus Christ, was born, lived and died for our sins that we may have eternal life by His Grace alone. No one can deny that the very foundation of our country is based on the laws of the Ten Commandments for to do so would be to destroy the rule of law and our very existence. As George Washington said, "We ought to be no less persuaded that the propitious smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right which Heaven itself has ordained; and since the preservation of the sacred fire of liberty and the destiny of the republican model of government are justly considered as deeply, perhaps finally, staked on the experiment".
It is a common language, English, which is necessary for communication.
It is the concept that human life begins at conception where we are all created equal, that we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. To deny life for one is to deny life for all based on human terms. It is not the right of any man or group of men to determine when anyone should die other than murderers and other people who have committed violent evil acts against society.
The real success story of creating a national consciousness of an American is the degree to which we have been able to assimilate the second generation -- the immigrant’s children, who have grown up surrounded by American peers.
And this is where the comparison to prior waves of immigrants such as in 1900 gets very alarming indeed, because the children of today’s immigrants just will not have that many American peers. In 1900, America was a rapidly growing society in which most natives, like most immigrants, had many children.

This creates a sub-culture ripe for being taken advantage of.If the Bear Stearns estimate is correct, then the current population of the foreign born in America is over 46 million -- 228% of the population of children under 5 in the country. This proportion could thus be nearly double what it was in 1910, the previous record. In addition, this estimate would mean that the foreign born now constitute 15.2% of the total population of the country -- more than at any time during the last 150 years.
With millions of people coming to the United States each year—many of them from the same geographic area and without any desire to become Americans—how do we preserve and perpetuate the “American identity”, the national consciousness of an American? Those qualities that make us American’s and make our country the envy of the world and the beacon of hope for freedom loving people everywhere. If we lose those qualities, if we start to look like and act like the rest of the world, where will the next generation of political refugees seek asylum? Throughout history, America has absorbed waves of immigration and preserved a shared national identity by assimilating newcomers into the great “melting pot.” But many Americans have begun to wonder whether or not the “melting pot” is still melting—or if it has been replaced by a “salad bowl.”
The equal protections clause is being ignored by Congress. Theodore Roosevelt understood the need for the assimilation of the “melting pot.” He said: “The effort to keep our citizenship divided against itself by the use of the hyphen along the lines of national origin is certain to breed a spirit of bitterness and prejudice and dislike between great bodies of our citizens.” We have certainly reached that point today when a DNA test would be sought and needed by people to gain entrance into the hyphenated groups with the most privileges and immunities. Why is being American not enough anymore?

There are many characteristics that set today’s immigration frenzy apart from others -- such as that so many immigrants are now illegal entrants, that immigrants are now mostly from the third world and entering a first world America, and that many have embraced the idea that they need not assimilate into the American culture. In addition, the simple total numbers do matter when discussing issues such as population density and environmental burdens.
At the precise moment in history when the U.S. has abandoned any attempt to transmit Anglo-Saxon virtues to its own citizens, much less to immigrants, many people want to grant citizenship to hordes of immigrants who are here precisely because they are fleeing cultures that are utterly dysfunctional and ruinous for the humans who live in them.Yes, this country has absorbed huge migrations of illiterate peasants in the past. But also a lot of them went back. We got the good ones as America was not yet a welfare state guaranteeing room and board to everyone. These illegal immigrants today will maintain many old habits and old loyalties unto death -- as would an American who found work in a foreign land. Most of them do not have the option of going back even for a visit because of legal and safety reasons.
But don’t forget even illegal immigrants are individuals. You never feel wrong when you hurt other people only when you are the one being hurt does it feel wrong. The objective is not to hurt and destroy the individual but to bring them into the open, to give them the opportunity to completely embrace America and the notion of becoming an American. If that is not their desire then to make provisions for them to return to their home land and recognize the fact that they are here for economic reasons only.
Another part of the issue is today, immigrants and natives have very different birthrates. Not only are many more Americans today elderly and beyond childbearing age, but those who can bear children often don’t. Birthrates are below replacement levels for most groups within the United States. The population of those descended from the native-born is thus declining.
Today’s’ immigrants, on the other hand, still have high birth rates. In 2004, native-born women between the ages of 15 and 44 had 56.7 births per 1000 women. Immigrant women of the same age had 83.7 births per 1000 women -- a rate 47.6% higher than the native born. The figures for anchor babies, children born to foreign mothers on US soil, are unknown.This staggering and unprecedented difference in fertility, means that just as America is receiving masses of immigrants as great as any in her history, our ability to assimilate their children is at an all-time low. Keep in mind it is our aversion to children that is the problem, not immigrants’ acceptance of them most liberal people seem to think that 1.3 million abortions per year is just the price we pay for living in a free and modern society but look at the effects on the future of America. What do you think 1,300,000 men and women per year born in the most successful, blessed society in the history of the world could accomplish? What have we lost?

What are we to do? Lay aside the interpersonal malice and let moral excellent shown in love be your guide read the Bible. Love the lord your God and love your neighbor as your self. Ask what would Jesus do? Grow beyond your self righteous desires as rebellious people will not grow from reading the bible. You can’t achieve your desires without God.
Extend yourself be real about your views. Be real, be heart felt like your father who gives you love.
Who is your neighbor? Help your neighbor. The man or unborn child who needs help fully understands whom his neighbor is anybody that can help. Do you have a struggle understanding love thy neighbor as thy self? Do you not know Jesus?
Father in heaven we all need this. Our entire life is built around our agenda. We went to the best schools to further our abilities to get us the best job to make us the most money to buy the most comfortable place.
Every decision we make is generally with our own wellbeing and our happiness considered.
This is not all together bad we have to take care of matters and use our God given abilities. But life is a whole lot more than this.
You call us to be not just happy but to be like unto God.
There in will be our heroism, our nobility, true popularity, and the ability to rest as old men and women and know that we have done well.
As we cross the paths day after day of wounded, hated, frightened, ignorant, beat-up people, give us the ability and desire to show love and most especially to show love for the unborn children.

The number of undocumented illegal emigrants in this country is astounding!!! We cannot allow this illegal activity to continue!
We need the workers and we would love to help both them and their fellow country men succeed in attaining the life style they came to the USA so desperately seeking. However, we cannot allow the rule of law to continue to erode as a result of the off the books structure of the illegal emigrants socio-economic system.

The good order and preservation of our civil government and business environment essentially depend upon piety, religion, and morality.
Freedom of religion does not mean freedom from religion, the separations clause has turned out to be the biggest weakness in the foundational documents of the nation. It has been used to remove religion from our society and now we are lost without direction and principles upon which to stand. Lost to epicauian lifestyles celebrating secular humanism, showing no respect for biblical doctrine upon which our constitution and laws are based, forgetting all about the rights of fellow citizens and with no regard for human life or for Jesus Christ.Today we are allowing Secular Humanism to be established as the nationalreligion of the United States of America. When everyone thinks he has the right to do as he pleases the rule of law ceases to exist.
We will either come to accept our Judao/Christian heritage and the basis of our Laws being the Ten Commandments or we will be a totally Secular Humanistic Atheist society. The United States will cease to be divided, if God is confined to the inside of a Church building as Secular Humanists desire all is lost and the "experiment" in a new form of Government based on freedom of religion will have failed.
You do not have to convert to Christianity, your Religion or lack there of is an individual choice. God is Lord of both our bodies and our minds; He chooses not to coerce us in our faith. He wants us to willingly follow Jesus Christ. This Freedom of individual choice is the bedrock foundation of our nation.
But we as a nation seem to desire to be enslaved too man made law all over again.
Lest we forget, history has proven many times that morality cannot be established by the rule of law. Our legal structure, the best the world has ever know, cannot exist in a void, if judges, politicians, business leaders or individuals do not have a moral basis upon which to make decisions, anything goes. Free will to make individual choices leads to bad decisions and sin which brings suffering to many, even the entire nation.
If we continue to abandon our Judao/Christian heritage we will be a nation free from Religion, a Godless mass of people tossed to and fro by the forces of the evil desires of men.
Ever increasing numbers of unknown illegal immigrants provide the very potential for the death of our traditional American society from within, for as the Islamist say, “time is on their side, they will breed themselves into power.”
At one time our first President George Washington was presented with this proclamation “Whereas both Houses of Congress have, by their joint committee, requested me " to recommend to the people of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer, to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God, especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness.”
It is time for the Congress to remember those words to acknowledge God and seek His direction for the continued safety and happiness of our country. Members of Congress are called to lead this nation and lead they must. After setting idle for 40 years it is time for Congress to come out of the wilderness.

When you look around the USA it is easy to see the decay in our once holy culture and the beautiful system of government that our fore-fathers created. It is obvious from the very design that they praised Christ’s Holy name. Yet our house has been burned by fire; the image of the falling twin towers seared into the brain, all our precious liberties have become ruin. Will God restrain himself with these things or keep silent and afflict us beyond measure?
God has called us as a nation like none before. He has shown his face to us many times even though we have been a rebellious people and not called on his name, but rather followed our on thoughts as if we are gods mocking Jesus Christ to his face. God will not let the iniquities of the secular humanism society created by our fathers and pursued with vigor today continue. He has warned us that we will be repaid. Our only hope is that he will find more than enough of His servants in our nation so that he does not feel compelled to destroy it like another Sodom and Gomorra.
Our hope for restoration comes only through the troubles which so clearly show the error of our ways to the whole world. We are know as the “Great Satan” because we have fallen to Satan's numerous temptations, the principle ones among them are idolatry, fornication, theft, extortion, greed, fraud, drunkenness, impatience, adultery, murder, jealousy, false witness, lying, envying, wrath, slander, heresy and a thousand other crimes like them. And of this number is gambling. Pretty contemporary list, wouldn't you say? The Religion of Secular humanism is practiced to its fullest in our society. It is not theistic, and it does not accept supernatural views of reality.
God says that he will not destroy the country because there is benefit in it. He will act on behalf of his chosen servants in order not to destroy everyone. Those who seek him and follow his commandments will be spared but those who do not follow his commands and who continue to seek Fortune and who fill cups with mixed wine for Destiny will be destined for the sword. They shall bow down for the slaughter according to Isaiah 65; 11-12. Literally bend over to be decapitated by Me. It is symbolic that the people God has chosen to administer the punishment, the Islamic extremist, use the sword to do just that.
To believe in chance, (Fortune), or luck, (Destiny), is to believe that God doesn't exist or that God's not sovereign. If God does exist and He does, and since He is all powerful, all knowing, He is the creator and the sustainer of the universe, He is the one who upholds everything by His own power and brings to pass His own will, there is no such thing as luck. It is non-existent and chance is non-existent. Things don't just happen randomly by chance. Chance is nothing. It's non-existent.
So what is the benefit to God in the country? Is it possible for us to show the world God’s forgiving mercy by being humble and contrite of spirit and tremble at the word of God. What an example to the world to say we were wrong and ask God’s forgiveness for our sins like abortion. God will rejoice when an infant, (fetus), no longer lives but a few days.
God’s desire is for us to bless him.
Now the real question is can we do that. Can we repent of our sins as a nation and return to the teachings of our fore-fathers? Can we become a nation of Christian Character?
We all have our areas, our arenas of spiritual war in the heart. We know that this is the time to confess those sins, to repent of those sins, to turn from those sins, to affirm a new devotion to walk with Christ in obedience so that we might be blessed as a nation, that we might bring honor to Christ’s name.
Forgive us our transgressions O Lord our God, for we have sinned against you. Whereas it is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor we have failed.
We acknowledge with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God upon our nation. Especially the opportunity afforded our founders to peaceably establish our form of government and those allowing and providing for our safety and happiness through the course of our accession. We sing your praises once again Lord. For God has dealt bountifully with us.
Help us O Lord our God, as a nation to arise and build and bless You again. Help us return to teaching our children the Ten Commandments and the history of our country, including the events of 9/11 so that we may no longer be a reproach to others. Help us be an example so that when people and nations despair in their trials, troubles and tribulations they will see the Grace of God shine on us, and seek to know Him themselves.

First let’s define what we are working to achieve. “One Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
Congress has accepted the removal of God from the fabric of our Nation. We must acknowledge our iniquity and return GOD to our laws and institutions.
Congress has with its rules and regulations divided the Nation into African-Americans, Latino-Americans, Asia-Americans, American-Indians and a host of other hyphenated Americans and then provided each with its own agenda. Congress needs to go back to the Declaration of Independence and remember that all people are created equal in the sight of GOD.
Liberty the means or opportunity by which an individual has the ability to act according to his or her own will has been turned into a negative condition in which some individuals (groups) are protected from everything by the actions of the federal government which restrains on an arbitrary basis other segments of our society from doing things allowed by the protected group. In other words Liberty has been turned into Tyranny and the arbitrary exercise of authority. Oh, but give me liberty blessed liberty!
Justice for All is now dependent on what the judge’s interpretation or what he thinks the law says not what is written in the law and even then it is not applied equally to all when one group is allowed more rights than another. . It is an appalling dereliction of duty if Congress fails to explicitly and swiftly reassert their power to limit the reach of judicial decisions as well as force the judicial branch into changing its views when they are out of touch with the constitutional values, practices, and traditions of America.
The legislative branch possesses clear constitutional powers to check and balance decisions of the judicial branch.

As a result, Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis, immigrant and first Jewish member of the Supreme Court, tried to set the standards for assimilation when he said that Americanization required that the immigrant adopt "the clothes, the manners and the customs generally prevailing here" and that he adopt "the English language as the common medium of speech."But, Brandeis said, this is only part of it. "(W)e properly demand of the immigrant even more than this -- he must be brought into complete harmony with our ideals and aspirations and cooperate with us for their attainment. Only when this has been done will he possess the national consciousness of an American."
Throughout our history we have invited the world to give us the poor, the tired, the hungry. We still do, however, there are major problems with illegal Immigrants. First, they are not assimilating into our culture as long as they remain illegal. Second we are in the middle of World War III, which is being waged by infiltration and terrorism. Third, we are so far removed from our early history that we can’t even define the “national consciousness of an American”.
Today we have to define our immigration-assimilation policy by articulating these interconnected ideas: (1) defining what it means to be an American where individual liberty and representative government are the political ideals. (2) Welcoming immigrants and assimilating those immigrants who desire to be American into the mainstream of American civic life where integration is available to all whatever their cultural identity or affiliation. (3) At the same time we have to make provision for those illegal aliens who are only here for economic reasons to return to their homeland. Forcible assimilation is not an option and for the most part would be counter-productive. Attempts to assimilate particular ethnic groups would arouse the national consciousness of those groups so that they would become more resistant to being American and would then develop their own nationalist aspirations.
What is the national consciousness of an American?
It is a state of mind which says In God we trust, that Jesus Christ, was born, lived and died for our sins that we may have eternal life by His Grace alone. No one can deny that the very foundation of our country is based on the laws of the Ten Commandments for to do so would be to destroy the rule of law and our very existence. As George Washington said, "We ought to be no less persuaded that the propitious smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right which Heaven itself has ordained; and since the preservation of the sacred fire of liberty and the destiny of the republican model of government are justly considered as deeply, perhaps finally, staked on the experiment".
It is a common language, English, which is necessary for communication.

There are many characteristics that set today’s immigration frenzy apart from others -- such as that so many immigrants are now illegal entrants, that immigrants are now mostly from the third world and entering a first world America, and that many have embraced the idea that they need not assimilate into the American culture. In addition, the simple total numbers do matter when discussing issues such as population density and environmental burdens.
At the precise moment in history when the U.S. has abandoned any attempt to transmit Anglo-Saxon virtues to its own citizens, much less to immigrants, many people want to grant citizenship to hordes of immigrants who are here precisely because they are fleeing cultures that are utterly dysfunctional and ruinous for the humans who live in them.Yes, this country has absorbed huge migrations of illiterate peasants in the past. But also a lot of them went back. We got the good ones as America was not yet a welfare state guaranteeing room and board to everyone. These illegal immigrants today will maintain many old habits and old loyalties unto death -- as would an American who found work in a foreign land. Most of them do not have the option of going back even for a visit because of legal and safety reasons.
But don’t forget even illegal immigrants are individuals. You never feel wrong when you hurt other people only when you are the one being hurt does it feel wrong. The objective is not to hurt and destroy the individual but to bring them into the open, to give them the opportunity to completely embrace America and the notion of becoming an American. If that is not their desire then to make provisions for them to return to their home land and recognize the fact that they are here for economic reasons only.
Another part of the issue is today, immigrants and natives have very different birthrates. Not only are many more Americans today elderly and beyond childbearing age, but those who can bear children often don’t. Birthrates are below replacement levels for most groups within the United States. The population of those descended from the native-born is thus declining.
Today’s’ immigrants, on the other hand, still have high birth rates. In 2004, native-born women between the ages of 15 and 44 had 56.7 births per 1000 women. Immigrant women of the same age had 83.7 births per 1000 women -- a rate 47.6% higher than the native born. The figures for anchor babies, children born to foreign mothers on US soil, are unknown.This staggering and unprecedented difference in fertility, means that just as America is receiving masses of immigrants as great as any in her history, our ability to assimilate their children is at an all-time low. Keep in mind it is our aversion to children that is the problem, not immigrants’ acceptance of them most liberal people seem to think that 1.3 million abortions per year is just the price we pay for living in a free and modern society but look at the effects on the future of America. What do you think 1,300,000 men and women per year born in the most successful, blessed society in the history of the world could accomplish? What have we lost?
Never before in America’s history have this many immigrants arrived when compared to the size of the next generation of Americans that will be expected to assimilate their children.
If you compare the number of immigrants per year to the number of native born children under say the age of five for the last 100 years, it started to increase when abortion became legal and is now at an all time high.
In effect what we have is the convergence of several national problems abortion, anchor babies and illegal immigration.
Which one is the most important? Which one will have the greatest impact on the future of the United States of America?
What are we to do? Lay aside the interpersonal malice and let moral excellent shown in love be your guide read the Bible. Love the lord your God and love your neighbor as your self. Ask what would Jesus do? Grow beyond your self righteous desires as rebellious people will not grow from reading the bible. You can’t achieve your desires without God.
Extend yourself be real about your views. Be real, be heart felt like your father who gives you love.
Who is your neighbor? Help your neighbor. The man or unborn child who needs help fully understands whom his neighbor is anybody that can help. Do you have a struggle understanding love thy neighbor as thy self? Do you not know Jesus?
Father in heaven we all need this. Our entire life is built around our agenda. We went to the best schools to further our abilities to get us the best job to make us the most money to buy the most comfortable place.
Every decision we make is generally with our own wellbeing and our happiness considered.
This is not all together bad we have to take care of matters and use our God given abilities. But life is a whole lot more than this.
You call us to be not just happy but to be like unto God.
There in will be our heroism, our nobility, true popularity, and the ability to rest as old men and women and know that we have done well.
As we cross the paths day after day of wounded, hated, frightened, ignorant, beat-up people, give us the ability and desire to show love and most especially to show love for the unborn children.
Father there are many in our country who have made a mess of their life and country because of a lack Piety and of love. I pray for a mature and repentant spirit and a yielding to the word of God and the leadership of the Holy Spirit.
The example of Jesus Christ for his leadership and willingness die for our sins.
I pray for the leadership of the Holy Spirit in each and every individual to show them the direction for their life and provide the inner peace of mind that comes with true faith in the fact that Jesus Christ paid the dept for all our sins.
Guide us as we deal with the issues of showing love to our fellowman and welcoming them into a Christian culture. We look to the leader ship of the Holy Spirit to guide us.

The number of undocumented illegal emigrants in this country is astounding!!! We cannot allow this illegal activity to continue!
We need the workers and we would love to help both them and their fellow country men succeed in attaining the life style they came to the USA so desperately seeking. However, we cannot allow the rule of law to continue to erode as a result of the off the books structure of the illegal emigrants socio-economic system.
It is interesting how at one time a lot of people in the world saw the USA as the place to go. It is very obvious with today’s headlines that they still do. What brings them too our shores? Liberty( Freedom) or economic advantages or could it be a punishment for our own sins of abortion? Are we destroying ourselves from within?

We as individuals and as a nation should be seeking to continue following Christ’s example.
In His very flesh Christ abolished the law of commandments contained in ordinances.
The good order and preservation of our civil government and business environment essentially depend upon piety, religion, and morality.
Freedom of religion does not mean freedom from religion, the separations clause has turned out to be the biggest weakness in the foundational documents of the nation. It has been used to remove religion from our society and now we are lost without direction and principles upon which to stand. Lost to epicauian lifestyles celebrating secular humanism, showing no respect for biblical doctrine upon which our constitution and laws are based, forgetting all about the rights of fellow citizens and with no regard for human life or for Jesus Christ.Today we are allowing Secular Humanism to be established as the nationalreligion of the United States of America. When everyone thinks he has the right to do as he pleases the rule of law ceases to exist.
We will either come to accept our Judao/Christian heritage and the basis of our Laws being the Ten Commandments or we will be a totally Secular Humanistic Atheist society. The United States will cease to be divided, if God is confined to the inside of a Church building as Secular Humanists desire all is lost and the "experiment" in a new form of Government based on freedom of religion will have failed.
You do not have to convert to Christianity, your Religion or lack there of is an individual choice. God is Lord of both our bodies and our minds; He chooses not to coerce us in our faith. He wants us to willingly follow Jesus Christ. This Freedom of individual choice is the bedrock foundation of our nation.
But we as a nation seem to desire to be enslaved too man made law all over again.
Lest we forget, history has proven many times that morality cannot be established by the rule of law. Our legal structure, the best the world has ever know, cannot exist in a void, if judges, politicians, business leaders or individuals do not have a moral basis upon which to make decisions, anything goes. Free will to make individual choices leads to bad decisions and sin which brings suffering to many, even the entire nation.
If we continue to abandon our Judao/Christian heritage we will be a nation free from Religion, a Godless mass of people tossed to and fro by the forces of the evil desires of men.
Ever increasing numbers of unknown illegal immigrants provide the very potential for the death of our traditional American society from within, for as the Islamist say, “time is on their side, they will breed themselves into power.”
At one time our first President George Washington was presented with this proclamation “Whereas both Houses of Congress have, by their joint committee, requested me " to recommend to the people of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer, to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God, especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness.”
It is time for the Congress to remember those words to acknowledge God and seek His direction for the continued safety and happiness of our country. Members of Congress are called to lead this nation and lead they must. After setting idle for 40 years it is time for Congress to come out of the wilderness.

Thus, the ongoing danger to America must be addressed on numerous fronts, not the least of which is within the domestic culture, For it is there that crucial incursions can be made, from which larger and more encompassing attacks can eventually be staged”.[i]
When you look around the USA it is easy to see the decay in our once holy culture and the beautiful system of government that our fore-fathers created. It is obvious from the very design that they praised Christ’s Holy name. Yet our house has been burned by fire; the image of the falling twin towers seared into the brain, all our precious liberties have become ruin. Will God restrain himself with these things or keep silent and afflict us beyond measure?
God has called us as a nation like none before. He has shown his face to us many times even though we have been a rebellious people and not called on his name, but rather followed our on thoughts as if we are gods mocking Jesus Christ to his face. God will not let the iniquities of the secular humanism society created by our fathers and pursued with vigor today continue. He has warned us that we will be repaid. Our only hope is that he will find more than enough of His servants in our nation so that he does not feel compelled to destroy it like another Sodom and Gomorra.
Our hope for restoration comes only through the troubles which so clearly show the error of our ways to the whole world. We are know as the “Great Satan” because we have fallen to Satan's numerous temptations, the principle ones among them are idolatry, fornication, theft, extortion, greed, fraud, drunkenness, impatience, adultery, murder, jealousy, false witness, lying, envying, wrath, slander, heresy and a thousand other crimes like them. And of this number is gambling. Pretty contemporary list, wouldn't you say? The Religion of Secular humanism is practiced to its fullest in our society. It is not theistic, and it does not accept supernatural views of reality.
God says that he will not destroy the country because there is benefit in it. He will act on behalf of his chosen servants in order not to destroy everyone. Those who seek him and follow his commandments will be spared but those who do not follow his commands and who continue to seek Fortune and who fill cups with mixed wine for Destiny will be destined for the sword. They shall bow down for the slaughter according to Isaiah 65; 11-12. Literally bend over to be decapitated by Me. It is symbolic that the people God has chosen to administer the punishment, the Islamic extremist, use the sword to do just that.
To believe in chance, (Fortune), or luck, (Destiny), is to believe that God doesn't exist or that God's not sovereign. If God does exist and He does, and since He is all powerful, all knowing, He is the creator and the sustainer of the universe, He is the one who upholds everything by His own power and brings to pass His own will, there is no such thing as luck. It is non-existent and chance is non-existent. Things don't just happen randomly by chance. Chance is nothing. It's non-existent.
So what is the benefit to God in the country? Is it possible for us to show the world God’s forgiving mercy by being humble and contrite of spirit and tremble at the word of God. What an example to the world to say we were wrong and ask God’s forgiveness for our sins like abortion. God will rejoice when an infant, (fetus), no longer lives but a few days.
God’s desire is for us to bless him.
Now the real question is can we do that. Can we repent of our sins as a nation and return to the teachings of our fore-fathers? Can we become a nation of Christian Character?
We all have our areas, our arenas of spiritual war in the heart. We know that this is the time to confess those sins, to repent of those sins, to turn from those sins, to affirm a new devotion to walk with Christ in obedience so that we might be blessed as a nation, that we might bring honor to Christ’s name.
Forgive us our transgressions O Lord our God, for we have sinned against you. Whereas it is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor we have failed.
We acknowledge with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God upon our nation. Especially the opportunity afforded our founders to peaceably establish our form of government and those allowing and providing for our safety and happiness through the course of our accession. We sing your praises once again Lord. For God has dealt bountifully with us.
Help us O Lord our God, as a nation to arise and build and bless You again. Help us return to teaching our children the Ten Commandments and the history of our country, including the events of 9/11 so that we may no longer be a reproach to others. Help us be an example so that when people and nations despair in their trials, troubles and tribulations they will see the Grace of God shine on us, and seek to know Him themselves.
Let us pray as George Washington did with Thanksgiving in our heart "that we may then unite in most humbly offering our prayers and supplications to the great Lord and Ruler of Nations and beseech Him to pardon our national and other transgressions; to enable us all, whether in public or private stations, to perform our several and relative duties properly and punctually; to render our National Government a blessing to all the people by constantly being a Government of wise, just, and constitutional laws, discreetly and faithfully executed and obeyed; to protect and guide all sovereigns and nations (especially such as have show kindness to us), and to bless them with good governments, peace, and concord; to promote the knowledge and practice of true religion and virtue, and the increase of science among them and us; and, generally to grant unto all mankind such a degree of temporal prosperity as He alone knows to be best." First let’s define what we are working to achieve. “One Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
Congress has accepted the removal of God from the fabric of our Nation. We must acknowledge our iniquity and return GOD to our laws and institutions.
Congress has with its rules and regulations divided the Nation into African-Americans, Latino-Americans, Asia-Americans, American-Indians and a host of other hyphenated Americans and then provided each with its own agenda. Congress needs to go back to the Declaration of Independence and remember that all people are created equal in the sight of GOD.
Liberty the means or opportunity by which an individual has the ability to act according to his or her own will has been turned into a negative condition in which some individuals (groups) are protected from everything by the actions of the federal government which restrains on an arbitrary basis other segments of our society from doing things allowed by the protected group. In other words Liberty has been turned into Tyranny and the arbitrary exercise of authority. Oh, but give me liberty blessed liberty!
Justice for All is now dependent on what the judge’s interpretation or what he thinks the law says not what is written in the law and even then it is not applied equally to all when one group is allowed more rights than another. . It is an appalling dereliction of duty if Congress fails to explicitly and swiftly reassert their power to limit the reach of judicial decisions as well as force the judicial branch into changing its views when they are out of touch with the constitutional values, practices, and traditions of America.
The legislative branch possesses clear constitutional powers to check and balance decisions of the judicial branch.
Be an American a God fearing, red blooded all American! GOD, duty, country!

Transportation in the USA
Today, we must dare to think and act boldly because the world has dramatically changed since our transportation system was designed and built. If the U.S. government continues with its current transportation policies, it will undermine the social and economic security of our workforce and accelerate the dependence of America on foreign kings.
Look at the total cost of our transportation infrastructure and operation. It is not just the cost of gasoline at $4.00 + per gallon, Traffic congestion in 2005 drained $78 billion from our economy, according to Texas A&M's 2007 Urban Mobility Report, adding 4.2 billion hours to Americans' commutes while wasting 2.9 billion gallons of gasoline, airports and freight rails are just as congested. The transportation sector consumes 90 percent of the United States' imported oil. That is just the fuel component.
The greatest expense as a result of our dependence on the automobile is the annual loss of life due to accidents over 40,000 per year based on DOT figures. If transportation were a war the protests would be overwhelming.
Projected increases call for automotive travel to double by 2050. It is hard to imagine how a transportation system built on the current designs would function not to mention the release of greenhouse gas and other environmental problems.
America's transportation infrastructure is overburdened and obsolete. Why do we continue to stand on the same technology which has reached its useful life, gone are the days of the horse and buggy, the total dependence on the internal combustion engine should follow suit. It is not practical to stop in one day just like we still have a few buggies in use 100 years later. However, if we do not start planning and changing now we just might be forced to stop in one day with the same catastrophic results that we witnessed on 9/11 only with no end.
As a nation the United States of America passed the domestic oil production peak of our know reserves many years ago, unfortunately the main oil peak for the World is at hand if we have not already passed it.
All this to say what are we going to do about our dependence on oil? Who is our neighbor in our time of need? Our friends in NFTA provide the most secure source of oil outside of our borders.
But, why is the TTC the anchor piece of the new NAFTA transportation corridor project the most ambitious transportation project since the interstate highway system still based on oil as the major fuel source, even though it will not be fully operational for another 50 years?
We should have moved onto a more sustainable and efficient hydrogen energy economy in the last generation but gas guzzling cars etc. remain the same today. We are now facing the same questions and still making the same bad decisions that we made as a nation in the nineteen seventies. Despite the high cost of a barrel of crude, world demand shows no signs of slowing and here we are still building an oil based transportation system. What thoughtful congressmen we have. Do they not understand the reality of the world energy situation?
We have known what to do about this for a long time but have not taken the necessary actions. Again we have stood idly by for 40 years allowing the problem to grow worse. As a nation we should feel the urgency of the energy problem, it could wipe out life as we know it in the USA in a matter of days. The most important thing is to move toward a hydrogen based economy and make use of all know oil reserves and all other potential forms of energy available to us. We do not need to build new transportation systems based on oil. The remaining oil should be used to provide our needs during the conversion to a hydrogen economy.
That does not mean we stop the TTC but rather we change the focus of the design. For those of you who do not know what the TTC is: at present the Trans Texas Corridor is envisioned as an all-Texas transportation network of corridors up to 1,200 feet wide. The corridor will include separate toll-ways for passenger vehicles and trucks. The corridor also will include six rail lines (three in each direction): two tracks for highspeed passenger rail, two for commuter rail and two for freight. The third component of the corridor will be a protected network of safe and reliable utility lines for water, petroleum, natural gas, electricity and data.
As it is currently proposed we should not support the use of any federal transportation monies to the project. Why? As the first and most important part of the North American Utility access and transportation matrix the TTC corridor is petroleum dependent with all of the inherent problems.
National grid lock on the highways. All are at capacity and the excessive weight of increased truck traffic will only hasten the already desperate need for major repairs and upkeep on the existing system. Why build more grid locked highways.
TTC does not address the problem of National grid lock in the air. Congested Skies small jets, increased air travel, larger number of short hops. Result: airport gridlock. Often the time spend in the airport is longer than the time spend in travel. Why? Airlines like having more flights with smaller jets, passengers like it, too. People would prefer to fly between DFW and Houston rather than drive.
Eminent domain in common law legal systems is the inherent power of the state to seize a citizen's private property, expropriate property, or rights in property, without the owner's consent. The property is taken either for government use or by delegation to third parties who will devote it to "public use or civic" or in some cases, economic development. The most common uses of property taken by eminent domain are public utilities, highways, and railroads.
In the United States we have traditionally held that the property earned by right was to be the individuals by right, not by permission of the government. Even, when the government body offers to purchase the property before resorting to the use of eminent domain it does not secure the right to own property. The right to own property is and must remain a bedrock principle of our nation. The size and scope of the TTC project as designed creates too many eminent domain issues.
So how do we address: Congestion on the highways, holding patterns over airports, and off schedule train connections which are now the order of the day.
If we look at how the most congested areas of the world handle mass transit the most striking revolutionary transportation technology that is suitable to prevent the ``heart attack'' of the present system is: magnetic levitation the (mag-lev) train, in Germany it’s know as Transrapid. In Japan it is JR-Maglev a magnetic levitation train system developed by the Japan Railway. This technology has been under development for more than 20 years. All the components are developed, and the overall system tested to the point that it is ready for commercial introduction. And yet the mag-lev train has been blocked for years. What is lacking is the competence of those politically responsible to plan and approve the introduction of this technology.
TTC is the ideal place to introduce this technology. Operational implementations of maglev technology have had minimal overlap with wheeled train technology and have not been compatible with conventional rail tracks. Because they cannot share existing infrastructure, maglevs must be designed as complete new transportation systems. The term "maglev" refers not only to the vehicles, but to the railway system as well, specifically designed for magnetic levitation and propulsion.
The mag-lev is the only form of transportation that moves without contact. Even aircraft cannot manage without wheels in their brief but crucial take-off and landing phases. The technological history of mankind began with the control of fire and the development of the wheel. The magnetic vehicle levitates and no longer needs wheels, and that shows what a revolution is involved here.
How would it work? Mag-lev systems are currently in use in Germany and Japan. However these mass transit systems still have some inherent problems which we need to avoid.
People or freight transfer points. At present in locations around
the world using mass transit rail more time is spent moving through the
terminal than on the actual trip itself. Long trains and large numbers
of people must meet at transportation hubs in the central city and be
rerouted for trips to final destinations either local or inter city.
The TTC Mag-lev design would solve this problem with one dedicated Long haul
intercity travel system ideal for high speed hub to hub travel with no
stops or cross paths in either direction. Major metro areas would be
served by a central hub and spoke network for mass transit with an outer
ring system. Rural areas would be served by systems capable of changing
directions.
2. Freight would be served on dedicated lines in both directions between
major metro areas with designed transfer locations outside the city
centers or using the existing freight corridor whichever is more practical. The standard freight container would continue to be used piggybacked on a mag-lev car.
3. Rights of way would be a lot easier to handle with mag-lev. Sub surface systems in metro areas or elevated supports eliminates cross traffic and allows access to land above or on both sides of the corridor.
4.Properly designed for long hauls the maglev system would have speeds approaching that of a jet plane.
5.The ultimate passenger design would use electric vehicles with batteries designed to be recharged while the vehicle is operating on a mag-lev trac and capable of 200 miles or more off trac between charges. This would replace the current HOV lanes going into major cities with mag-lev lanes to spur the change over in vehicle design.
6. For freight systems the ultimate design would be enhanced container transportation and security methods, based on technologies such as RFID, cellular and satellite communications. Depending on the technology and application, electronic tracking can not only log a container's movements around the world, but can also interface with the mag-lev control system for routing movement. Alerting administrators that, for instance, a container was opened without authorization is also possible with RFID. As the mag-lev trac provides the motive power and the vehicle is passive with only a communication link current containers can be used piggyback style.
Today as part of our new national energy policy we should be asking Congress to provide funding for the design and construction of the first leg of a new national Mag-lev transportation network, a transportation, power and utility network that will provide the most security for our nation against our current adversaries and unforeseen enemies of the future.
We should ask congress to begin withholding federal highway money for new projects from any state that does not begin to plan for the switch away from oil based transportation systems.
We should remove all exploration restrictions from US land and sea areas and allow states 50% of the royalties and 5% will be placed in an environmental fund.
A Non-petroleum based transportation system—Electric Hybrid, Hydrogen, solar or magnetic Hybrid is a must for the future of our country.
Almighty God, help us not to look at the immensity of the task before us, but help us to look at the immensity of our all-powerful God. With humankind many things are impossible but with You, our Father, nothing is impossible. We want to trust You for supernatural workings in our lives and in the duties before us. As we go about our daily activities help us to see the answer to the question “who is you neighbor?”. Help us to understand why it is important to come together as a nation not of individual free men without a purpose beyond our own desires but as people focused on the need to create a unified energy policy.
Lord we live in an open society, which can't be ruled but can be broken. The details of our decisions, our determination and how we function is available for the world to see. Our enemies seek to drive a wedge in, get their fingers on it -- and control us for their benefit. They won't need a whip – the yoke of oil and our own need for pleasure will do their work for them. They use the strength of our system of government against us. Our whole country’s for sale and, thanks to our addictions to trinkets and oil, we gladly hand over the dollars to buy it from beneath us.
Many citizens of foreign countries consider Americans self-indulgent, lazy and stupid. We have been doing our best to prove them right.
Lord, forgive us, provide us with the aspiration, ingenuity and the integrity to focus our efforts in ways that bring the greatest joy to you.

Look at the total cost of our transportation infrastructure and operation. It is not just the cost of gasoline at $4.00 + per gallon, Traffic congestion in 2005 drained $78 billion from our economy, according to Texas A&M's 2007 Urban Mobility Report, adding 4.2 billion hours to Americans' commutes while wasting 2.9 billion gallons of gasoline, airports and freight rails are just as congested. The transportation sector consumes 90 percent of the United States' imported oil. That is just the fuel component.
The greatest expense as a result of our dependence on the automobile is the annual loss of life due to accidents over 40,000 per year based on DOT figures. If transportation were a war the protests would be overwhelming.
Projected increases call for automotive travel to double by 2050. It is hard to imagine how a transportation system built on the current designs would function not to mention the release of greenhouse gas and other environmental problems.
America's transportation infrastructure is overburdened and obsolete. Why do we continue to stand on the same technology which has reached its useful life, gone are the days of the horse and buggy, the total dependence on the internal combustion engine should follow suit. It is not practical to stop in one day just like we still have a few buggies in use 100 years later. However, if we do not start planning and changing now we just might be forced to stop in one day with the same catastrophic results that we witnessed on 9/11 only with no end.
As a nation the United States of America passed the domestic oil production peak of our know reserves many years ago, unfortunately the main oil peak for the World is at hand if we have not already passed it.
All this to say what are we going to do about our dependence on oil? Who is our neighbor in our time of need? Our friends in NFTA provide the most secure source of oil outside of our borders.
But, why is the TTC the anchor piece of the new NAFTA transportation corridor project the most ambitious transportation project since the interstate highway system still based on oil as the major fuel source, even though it will not be fully operational for another 50 years?
We should have moved onto a more sustainable and efficient hydrogen energy economy in the last generation but gas guzzling cars etc. remain the same today. We are now facing the same questions and still making the same bad decisions that we made as a nation in the nineteen seventies. Despite the high cost of a barrel of crude, world demand shows no signs of slowing and here we are still building an oil based transportation system. What thoughtful congressmen we have. Do they not understand the reality of the world energy situation?
We have known what to do about this for a long time but have not taken the necessary actions. Again we have stood idly by for 40 years allowing the problem to grow worse. As a nation we should feel the urgency of the energy problem, it could wipe out life as we know it in the USA in a matter of days. The most important thing is to move toward a hydrogen based economy and make use of all know oil reserves and all other potential forms of energy available to us. We do not need to build new transportation systems based on oil. The remaining oil should be used to provide our needs during the conversion to a hydrogen economy.
That does not mean we stop the TTC but rather we change the focus of the design. For those of you who do not know what the TTC is: at present the Trans Texas Corridor is envisioned as an all-Texas transportation network of corridors up to 1,200 feet wide. The corridor will include separate toll-ways for passenger vehicles and trucks. The corridor also will include six rail lines (three in each direction): two tracks for highspeed passenger rail, two for commuter rail and two for freight. The third component of the corridor will be a protected network of safe and reliable utility lines for water, petroleum, natural gas, electricity and data.
As it is currently proposed we should not support the use of any federal transportation monies to the project. Why? As the first and most important part of the North American Utility access and transportation matrix the TTC corridor is petroleum dependent with all of the inherent problems.
National grid lock on the highways. All are at capacity and the excessive weight of increased truck traffic will only hasten the already desperate need for major repairs and upkeep on the existing system. Why build more grid locked highways.
TTC does not address the problem of National grid lock in the air. Congested Skies small jets, increased air travel, larger number of short hops. Result: airport gridlock. Often the time spend in the airport is longer than the time spend in travel. Why? Airlines like having more flights with smaller jets, passengers like it, too. People would prefer to fly between DFW and Houston rather than drive.
Eminent domain in common law legal systems is the inherent power of the state to seize a citizen's private property, expropriate property, or rights in property, without the owner's consent. The property is taken either for government use or by delegation to third parties who will devote it to "public use or civic" or in some cases, economic development. The most common uses of property taken by eminent domain are public utilities, highways, and railroads.
In the United States we have traditionally held that the property earned by right was to be the individuals by right, not by permission of the government. Even, when the government body offers to purchase the property before resorting to the use of eminent domain it does not secure the right to own property. The right to own property is and must remain a bedrock principle of our nation. The size and scope of the TTC project as designed creates too many eminent domain issues.
So how do we address: Congestion on the highways, holding patterns over airports, and off schedule train connections which are now the order of the day.
If we look at how the most congested areas of the world handle mass transit the most striking revolutionary transportation technology that is suitable to prevent the ``heart attack'' of the present system is: magnetic levitation the (mag-lev) train, in Germany it’s know as Transrapid. In Japan it is JR-Maglev a magnetic levitation train system developed by the Japan Railway. This technology has been under development for more than 20 years. All the components are developed, and the overall system tested to the point that it is ready for commercial introduction. And yet the mag-lev train has been blocked for years. What is lacking is the competence of those politically responsible to plan and approve the introduction of this technology.
TTC is the ideal place to introduce this technology. Operational implementations of maglev technology have had minimal overlap with wheeled train technology and have not been compatible with conventional rail tracks. Because they cannot share existing infrastructure, maglevs must be designed as complete new transportation systems. The term "maglev" refers not only to the vehicles, but to the railway system as well, specifically designed for magnetic levitation and propulsion.
The mag-lev is the only form of transportation that moves without contact. Even aircraft cannot manage without wheels in their brief but crucial take-off and landing phases. The technological history of mankind began with the control of fire and the development of the wheel. The magnetic vehicle levitates and no longer needs wheels, and that shows what a revolution is involved here.
How would it work? Mag-lev systems are currently in use in Germany and Japan. However these mass transit systems still have some inherent problems which we need to avoid.
People or freight transfer points. At present in locations around
the world using mass transit rail more time is spent moving through the
terminal than on the actual trip itself. Long trains and large numbers
of people must meet at transportation hubs in the central city and be
rerouted for trips to final destinations either local or inter city.
The TTC Mag-lev design would solve this problem with one dedicated Long haul
intercity travel system ideal for high speed hub to hub travel with no
stops or cross paths in either direction. Major metro areas would be
served by a central hub and spoke network for mass transit with an outer
ring system. Rural areas would be served by systems capable of changing
directions.
2. Freight would be served on dedicated lines in both directions between
major metro areas with designed transfer locations outside the city
centers or using the existing freight corridor whichever is more practical. The standard freight container would continue to be used piggybacked on a mag-lev car.
3. Rights of way would be a lot easier to handle with mag-lev. Sub surface systems in metro areas or elevated supports eliminates cross traffic and allows access to land above or on both sides of the corridor.
4.Properly designed for long hauls the maglev system would have speeds approaching that of a jet plane.
5.The ultimate passenger design would use electric vehicles with batteries designed to be recharged while the vehicle is operating on a mag-lev trac and capable of 200 miles or more off trac between charges. This would replace the current HOV lanes going into major cities with mag-lev lanes to spur the change over in vehicle design.
6. For freight systems the ultimate design would be enhanced container transportation and security methods, based on technologies such as RFID, cellular and satellite communications. Depending on the technology and application, electronic tracking can not only log a container's movements around the world, but can also interface with the mag-lev control system for routing movement. Alerting administrators that, for instance, a container was opened without authorization is also possible with RFID. As the mag-lev trac provides the motive power and the vehicle is passive with only a communication link current containers can be used piggyback style.
Today as part of our new national energy policy we should be asking Congress to provide funding for the design and construction of the first leg of a new national Mag-lev transportation network, a transportation, power and utility network that will provide the most security for our nation against our current adversaries and unforeseen enemies of the future.
We should ask congress to begin withholding federal highway money for new projects from any state that does not begin to plan for the switch away from oil based transportation systems.
We should remove all exploration restrictions from US land and sea areas and allow states 50% of the royalties and 5% will be placed in an environmental fund.
A Non-petroleum based transportation system—Electric Hybrid, Hydrogen, solar or magnetic Hybrid is a must for the future of our country.
Almighty God, help us not to look at the immensity of the task before us, but help us to look at the immensity of our all-powerful God. With humankind many things are impossible but with You, our Father, nothing is impossible. We want to trust You for supernatural workings in our lives and in the duties before us. As we go about our daily activities help us to see the answer to the question “who is you neighbor?”. Help us to understand why it is important to come together as a nation not of individual free men without a purpose beyond our own desires but as people focused on the need to create a unified energy policy.
Lord we live in an open society, which can't be ruled but can be broken. The details of our decisions, our determination and how we function is available for the world to see. Our enemies seek to drive a wedge in, get their fingers on it -- and control us for their benefit. They won't need a whip – the yoke of oil and our own need for pleasure will do their work for them. They use the strength of our system of government against us. Our whole country’s for sale and, thanks to our addictions to trinkets and oil, we gladly hand over the dollars to buy it from beneath us.
Many citizens of foreign countries consider Americans self-indulgent, lazy and stupid. We have been doing our best to prove them right.

Hope of Restoration
When you look around the USA it is easy to see the decay in our once holy culture and the beautiful system of government that our fore-fathers created. It is obvious from the very design that they praised Christ’s Holy name. Yet our house has been burned by fire; the image of the falling twin towers seared into the brain, all our precious liberties have become ruin. Will God restrain himself with these things or keep silent and afflict us beyond measure?
God has called us as a nation like none before. He has shown his face to us many times even though we have been a rebellious people and not called on his name, but rather followed our on thoughts as if we are gods mocking Jesus Christ to his face. God will not let the iniquities of the secular humanism society created by our fathers and pursued with vigor today continue. He has warned us that we will be repaid. Our only hope is that he will find more than enough of His servants in our nation so that he does not feel compelled to destroy it like another Sodom and Gomorra.
Our hope for restoration comes only through the troubles which so clearly show the error of our ways to the whole world. We are know as the “Great Satan” because we have fallen to Satan's numerous temptations, the principle ones among them are idolatry, fornication, theft, extortion, greed, fraud, drunkenness, impatience, adultery, murder, jealousy, false witness, lying, envying, wrath, slander, heresy and a thousand other crimes like them. And of this number is gambling. Pretty contemporary list, wouldn't you say? The Religion of Secular humanism is practiced to its fullest in our society. It is not theistic, and it does not accept supernatural views of reality. It has been around for a long time in a sense we have many followers of Apikoros, Hebrew for Epicurus, the 3rd century BCE Greek philosopher who taught a secular, atheistic understanding of reality that placed reason and the pursuit of happiness at the center of human life.
God says that he will not destroy the country because there is benefit in it. He will act on behalf of his chosen servants in order not to destroy everyone. Those who seek him and follow his commandments will be spared but those who do not follow his commands and who continue to seek Fortune and who fill cups with mixed wine for Destiny will be destined for the sword. They shall bow down for the slaughter according to Isaiah 65; 11-12. Literally bend over to be decapitated by Me. It is symbolic that the people God has chosen to administer the punishment, the Islamic extremist, use the sword to do just that.
To believe in chance, (Fortune), or luck, (Destiny), is to believe that God doesn't exist or that God's not sovereign. If God does exist and He does, and since He is all powerful, all knowing, He is the creator and the sustainer of the universe, He is the one who upholds everything by His own power and brings to pass His own will, there is no such thing as luck. It is non-existent and chance is non-existent. Things don't just happen randomly by chance. Chance is nothing. It's non-existent.
So what is the benefit to God in the country? Is it possible for us to show the world God’s forgiving mercy by being humble and contrite of spirit and tremble at the word of God. What an example to the world to say we were wrong and ask God’s forgiveness for our sins like abortion. God will rejoice when an infant, (fetus), no longer lives but a few days.
God’s desire is for us to bless him.
Now the real question is can we do that. Can we repent of our sins as a nation and return to the teachings of our fore-fathers? Can we become a nation of Christian Character?
We all have our areas, our arenas of spiritual war in the heart. We know that this is the time to confess those sins, to repent of those sins, to turn from those sins, to affirm a new devotion to walk with Christ in obedience so that we might be blessed as a nation, that we might bring honor to Christ’s name.
Forgive us our transgressions O Lord our God, for we have sinned against you. Whereas it is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor we have failed.
We acknowledge with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God upon our nation. Especially the opportunity afforded our founders to peaceably establish our form of government and those allowing and providing for our safety and happiness through the course of our accession. We sing your praises once again Lord. For God has dealt bountifully with us.
Help us O Lord our God, as a nation to arise and build and bless You again. Help us return to teaching our children the Ten Commandments and the history of our country, including the events of 9/11 so that we may no longer be a reproach to others. Help us be an example so that when people and nations despair in their trials, troubles and tribulations they will see the Grace of God shine on us, and seek to know Him themselves.

What an example to the world to say we were wrong and ask God’s forgiveness for our sins like abortion. God will rejoice when an infant, (fetus), no longer lives but a few days.
God’s desire is for us to bless him.
Now the real question is can we do that. Can we repent of our sins as a nation and return to the teachings of our fore-fathers? Can we become a nation of Christian Character?
We all have our areas, our arenas of spiritual war in the heart. We know that this is the time to confess those sins, to repent of those sins, to turn from those sins, to affirm a new devotion to walk with Christ in obedience so that we might be blessed as a nation, that we might bring honor to Christ’s name.
Forgive us our transgressions O Lord our God, for we have sinned against you. Whereas it is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor we have failed.
We acknowledge with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God upon our nation. Especially the opportunity afforded our founders to peaceably establish our form of government and those allowing and providing for our safety and happiness through the course of our accession. We sing your praises once again Lord. For God has dealt bountifully with us.
Help us O Lord our God, as a nation to arise and build and bless You again. Help us return to teaching our children the Ten Commandments and the history of our country, including the events of 9/11 so that we may no longer be a reproach to others. Help us be an example so that when people and nations despair in their trials, troubles and tribulations they will see the Grace of God shine on us, and seek to know Him themselves.
Let us pray as George Washington did with Thanksgiving in our heart "that we may then unite in most humbly offering our prayers and supplications to the great Lord and Ruler of Nations and beseech Him to pardon our national and other transgressions; to enable us all, whether in public or private stations, to perform our several and relative duties properly and punctually; to render our National Government a blessing to all the people by constantly being a Government of wise, just, and constitutional laws, discreetly and faithfully executed and obeyed; to protect and guide all sovereigns and nations (especially such as have show kindness to us), and to bless them with good governments, peace, and concord; to promote the knowledge and practice of true religion and virtue, and the increase of science among them and us; and, generally to grant unto all mankind such a degree of temporal prosperity as He alone knows to be best."
