Life and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Is the current Court suitable to the fullness of the times to consider; Where there is blood there is life!

In the Old Testament there are three words relating to the constitution of man;

(a) "life" as opposed to death Genesis 1:20; Deuteronomy 30:15;

(b) the "soul" as distinguished from the body; the individual life either in man or beast, whether united to the body during life, or separated from the body after death (compare Genesis 2:7);

(c) the "spirit" as opposed to the flesh Romans 8:6, and as distinguished from the life of the flesh; the highest element in man; that which, in its true condition, holds communion with God. The soul has its abode in the blood as long as life lasts. In Leviticus 17:14, the soul is identified with the blood, as it is in Genesis 9:4; Deuteronomy 12:23. That the blood is rightly thus distinguished from all other constituents of the body is acknowledged by the highest authorities in physiology.

"It is the fountain of life (says Harvey), the first to live, and the last to die, and the primary seat of the animal soul; it lives and is nourished of itself, and by no other part of the human body." John Hunter inferred that it is the seat of life, because all the parts of the frame are formed and nourished from it. "And if (says he) it has not life previous to this operation, it must then acquire it in the act of forming: for we all give our assent to the existence of life in the parts when once formed." Milne Edwards observes that, "if an animal be bled until it falls into a state of syncope, and the further loss of blood is not prevented, all muscular motion quickly ceases, respiration is suspended, the heart pauses from its action, life is no longer manifested by any outward sign, and death soon becomes inevitable; but if, in this state, the blood of another animal of the same species be injected into the veins of the one to all appearance dead, we see with amazement this inanimate body return to life, gaining accessions of vitality with each new quantity of blood that is introduced, eventual beginning to breathe freely, moving with ease, and finally walking as it was wont to do, and recovering completely." More or less distinct traces of the recognition of blood as the vehicle of life are found in Greek and Roman writers. The knowledge of the ancients on the subject may indeed have been based on the mere observation that an animal loses its life when it loses its blood: but it may deepen our sense of the wisdom and significance of the Law of Moses to know that the fact which it sets forth so distinctly and consistently, and in such pregnant connection, is so clearly recognized by modern scientific research.

Today's Court decision is truly a review of Abraham Lincoln's position that if the policy of the Government upon vital questions affecting the whole people is to be irrevocably fixed by decisions of the Supreme Court, the instant they are made in ordinary litigation between two parties in personal actions the people will have ceased to be their own rulers, having to that extent, practically resigned their government into the hands of that (ever changing) eminent tribunal, torn asunder the Constitution of the United States of America, and denied the very existence of the Supremacy of God the Creator.

Are You Ready to Die?

Never forget on this Memorial Day that someone paid the price and continues to pay the price for our freedom every day. Never test God! God tests people not the other way around. I thank God for the people the founders of our nation and every individual that gave everything in sacrifice since so that “We the People” of The United States of America have the freedom to seek Gods will in search of a purpose for living. 

Maybe “We the People” should look at this Memorial Day and ask how should I now live and feel knowing how many of my countrymen paid the the ultimate price for my freedoms? 

In the annals of world history the USA is a young adolescent just coming into adulthood. We are like the prodigals who revolted against their family Hertiage.  The founders set out to create their own lifestyles refusing to follow the traditional roll of the Crown in control of everything and everyone. Historically the ensuing disputes whether Priests accused of crimes should be tried by secular authorities or the Church created waves of unrest and global upheaval. This past Saturdays addition of the WSJ contained an article entitled, "A Martyr's Afterlife", outlined one such dispute from the year 1170 between King Henry II and his friend the English Archbishop Thomas Becket who was murdered on orders from the King. That was a scant 600 years before the successful rebellion of thirteen. Judeo-Christian colonies based Jewish family values and Christianity individual freedoms that defined the foundation of The United States of America. We are still coming of age even though the USA at such a young age established a world dominating government structure as long as the nation itself obeyed the Constitution and its Amendments. 

In the rebellious 1960's the foundational rules changed dramatically because of the Supreme Court of the United States turned "Precedent setting cases into de factor Constitutional Amendments. 

Once again creating an internal war between Secular leadership and the Church. With two unique concepts of governance when compared to the monarchy and religious constructs of the past.  Christian churches and a freely elected government who's leadership was and still should be by and for benefit of "We the People".

And here we are today locked in a life changing battle. Again I ask are you ready to die for God and Country?

First and foremost life is not about money. 

The priority should be how “We the People” preserve the freedoms advanced in a new world order by the founding of the USA and how we are handling USAID. We are called as a nation to advance God’s word to the people’s of the world in all the nation’s as they are. Too say the least we have failed in that God given mission. Maybe, just maybe COVID-19 was an intervention from on high to reset the strength of our nation in the most basic and important way through decisions forcing the governments to address rebuilding the America family unit. We certainly have the opportunity to make a fresh start. And, we can even give our current elected National leaders some credit be they elected by hook or crook or just plainly because we have lost the moral majority of American citizens. The fact that to many people do not have the moral fortitude and training to maintain a hold on our freedoms!  Know that God alone in Heaven, is in charge and He has a purpose and a method to #PurgeTheScourge from our country and all the people within whom He has bought our way because we refused to travel the world. 

Just think for one minute what God has done. By Faith in His Son Jesus Christ alone God, yes God, filled His children “We the people”, who were taught properly with the Holy Spirt to know what it means to be an American. That, Jesus Christ died for everyone of us, every individual willing to take a step of faith alone, in God’s purpose of sending His Son to die on that Cross for the forgiveness of your sins that you willingly shall be filled with The Holy Spirit as a new internal guideline for every thing you choose to do. You have the freedom of choice how you personally and “We the People”, the voting citizens of The United States of America use that freedom of choice has consequences. Study the Bible and world history you can identify many, many ways that are not acceptable in the sight of God for your individual use of that freedom of choice.  Bigger still are the consequences of a nation that freely chooses to turn its back on God! 

We have arrived at the time Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story predicted in his "Commentary’s on the Constitution and Amendments" there too when he stated “it remains in the hands of a future generation to define what the founders meant by the word “religion”. 

We are that generation. How “We the People”, the citizens of this nation spend our time rebuilding individual family units and resurrecting the firm foundation upon which the family unit and our nation stands over the next 18 months will determine the life or death of The United States of America. Make up your mind! Where do you stand? Do you believe in God the Father, Jesus Christ His Son’s, life, death on the Cross, and resurrection providing a new life within you through the in dwelling of the Holy Spirit as an integral guide for establishing firm moral guidelines for everything you say and do by faith and faith alone?

Or do you believe you can do anything you wish based on following the “Secular Humanist” religion as establish by the Supreme Court of The United States of America by case precedence as the religion, the only religion authorized by our national government? Too the extent the Court event provided a three prong test to make sure that nothing entering a public school and by extension the entire public arena could be connected to Christianity in anyway shape form or fashion. 

The decision time is here feel the sense of urgency, your life, your very existence and that of your children is on the line. Are you willing to take up your cross and follow Jesus Christ wherever His spirit my lead you? Just remember on this Memorial Day the people who paid the ultimate price to give you that choice. 

God says stop killing my children! Go teach my word to the nations of the world or die. Either way God will be glorified. Our failure as a nation will go down in history like none before it or after it. “We the People” the true Christians, God’s Children, in The United States of America have a job to do. Are you willing to take up your cross and TAKE ACTION to follow Jesus Christ today?

There was a time when "We the People" of America settled everything with a gun or other weapons of choice. 

That time has passed. The cost of life is to high. Still to this day the War Between the States or [Civil War](https://www.battlefields.org/learn/articles/civil-war-casualties) as some call it represents  America's bloodiest conflict. 

Roughly 2% of the population were lost, killed, in the line of duty. Family disputes are the deadliest. 

The latest biological weapon COVID-19 whether it was released intentionally or by accident could become the most deadly weapon in world history. 

America cannot stand against such evils divided as we are by foreign infiltrators. Our adversaries have no regard for human life they only want to see our destruction. Then they will fight over the spoils of war. 

They do not have the same mindset as Americans and would never consider a [Marshall Plan](https://www.history.com/topics/world-war-ii/marshall-plan-1), also known as the European Recovery Program, or leading as General Douglas McArthur did the occupation and rehabilitation of the [Japanese state.](https://history.state.gov/milestones/1945-1952/japan-reconstruction) No our enemies would be satisfied to turn everything to dust or buy up everything and take it home without firing a shot. 

"We the People" must come together in LOVE and build America in the image God provided to our founding fathers. 

Now we have the opportunity to teach people from around the world about "life" in American. 

First and foremost that means stopping the Supreme Court of the United States of America from acting like god as it has created policy laws, one of which has resulted in the murder of innocent children in their mothers womb. We are approaching 60,000,000 since the 1973 Roe v Wade decision made abortions legal. The number per year has been on a decline since the 2,500,000 per years. 

People fleeing troubled nations come to America because of a few words from our [Declaration of Independence](https://www.archives.gov/founding-docs/declaration-transcript) upon which we stand;

"We the People" of America stand as one nation under God the creator of everything and not under government rules or Supreme Court policies.

With the political events in Washington DC a daily circus it is obvious that we are a nation divided without a vision for the future and elected leadership that achieved office via political subterfuge. With over $1,000,000,000.00 wasted on useless advertisements during the last Presidential election we have an internal struggle for power which has brought us to our knees as a nation. We are weaker as a nation than at any time since the civil war. No one is more capable of hurting you than a close family member. They know your every weakness and they bear a grudge. There is nothing more dangerous than a family feud. When family members turn on each other it becomes deadly. So deadly in fact that it ranks number one as the cause of violent death in the USA and to this day the War Between the States is the most deadly we have ever fought. The statistic is the same for countries the most violent and deadly wars are internal. The United States of America is one nation under God indivisible with Liberty and Justice for all. We are one people united by the constitutional principles that set us free. Therefore those of us who are constitutional bound ----we cannot seek divorce. What is the source of quarrels and conflicts among us? Is not the source, the pleasures that wage war among us? We lust and do not have; so we become thief’s and even commit murder. We are envious and cannot obtain; so we fight and quarrel. We do not have because we have wrong motives; when we receive something we spend it on our pleasures. We could be called adulteresses; our relationship with the world is hostile toward God. We cannot live a worldly lifestyle where anything goes and not be an enemy of God. God jealously desires and guards the Spirit which He has made to dwell in us as Christians and in America. In fact we were once known as a Christian nation. God despises those that show Him contempt and is opposed to the proud but gives grace to the humble. The United States of America is like our body, a temple of the Holy Spirit; it is a gift from God build for His good pleasure. He set it aside and formed the borders of the United States of America for a purpose. The founders built it by faith on a firm foundation of Godly principles and the people of the United States of America have fought to secure the nation’s future through many times of turmoil and tribulation. Think of all the lives given for its establishment and those whom defended the principles’ upon which it was founded. We owe a special thank you to our Veterans! As individuals or as a nation whether we live or die the decision is the Lord’s. He uses trials and tribulations to mold us into what He wants us to be. Even as divided as we are today the people of America are not opponents in a war with each other. Even though we look like people going through a divorce we cannot concede defeat. We must come together without hypocrisy, abhor what is evil and cling to what is good in the society around us. We are to embrace the attributes of Jesus Christ in our relationship to our fellow citizens. We are to reach out in love to every part of our society and never payback evil for evil to anyone. We are to overcome evil with good. That is how we move forward. We respect the government we have and work within it where ever possible for good. We must be fervent in our diligence and our zeal to restore love for one another and to the people around us. God will take care of the rest. May His will be done. I pray that He finds enough people of like mind that He will spare His vengeance on America. Resign from the Democratic or Republican Party face down the corruption and oppression created by their seizure and centralized control of our national government. Our two party political system is broken and it is destroying the country. Therefore, take up the full armor of God,that you may be able to stand in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. The result is life or death. He gave His life for you. Mercy and Justice entwined in a mystery as deep as the question of the origin of life. You have the right to choose what you believe and the responsibility of living with the consequences of your choice. Don't let the politicians in Washington make those decisions for you. Encourage everyone you know to declare political independence in all hast with a great sense of urgency as our country depends on getting the attention of our employees in Washington to remind them they work for us.

Cap and Trade / Smoke & Mirrors

Who determines the value of the trade? Who limits the cap for all the potential plants involved?

Those are the people who will make the money in this new world of energy production. Money will be shifted from production efforts to a card game at a table controlled by people who can manage the game to their benefit. Does this sound a little like gambling? It is! Remember derivatives and credit default swaps and short sales? Some variation on the same themes will have to be used to manage the system or should I say they will be used to take advantage of the system.

The new term being promoted is ‘regulated allowance derivative’ meaning an instrument that is or includes an instrument—which- is of the character of, or is commonly known to the trade as, a ‘put option’, ‘call option’, ‘privilege’, ‘indemnity’, ‘advance guaranty’, ‘decline guaranty’, or ‘swap agreement’; or is a contract of sale for future delivery; and (B) the value of which, in whole or in part, is expressly linked to the price of a regulated allowance or another regulated allowance derivative. In this case they are talking carbon credits! Not just domestic but even international trades! Who can keep up with all of the potential violations? Is there anyone capable of overseeing the rules and regulations of such a market much less the individual agreements involved? Garbage in Garbage Out!

Why not have energy policies that address the current needs of the nation and plans for the future 30-50 years from now?

Energy A Revolution In Process

There are two aspects to electrical energy requirements: First, electrical power generation second distribution. What are the issues that are affecting each?

Electrical Power Generation

1. The world has established CO2 and other GHG, greenhouse gas, emissions as the number one problem in electrical power generation. Is this correct or incorrect? What is the best way to resolve the problem with CO2? Should the focus of all our efforts be to limit GHG regardless of the cost?
2. Power transmission over outdated and limited or non existent distribution grids present safety, security and supply issues both in the US and nations around the world.
3. Fuel supply is artificially controlled as the rules and regulations push power generation toward more and more natural gas the fuel of choice for short term peak power plants and reduced GHG. This also overcomes the issue with grid capacity as the gas turbines are or can be located in areas of high and fluctuating demand. The transportation problem is converted from the power grid to gas pipelines and high risk LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) transportation and production facilities. Are gas turbines the best way to produce electrical power? Is power generation the best use of natural gas? How will rapid changes in supply and demand of natural gas affect the market place? What happened in Europe when the supply of natural gas was interrupted by Russia in the fall of 2009? What happens when the first LNG tanker is blown up?

High-tech societies face a cruel paradox: New Technologies may deliver wealth and prosperity, but they also leave rich nations vulnerable to crippling attacks. By relying on intricate networks and small clusters of vital assets,- advanced economies only amplify the psychological and financial destruction terrorists can inflict.

As industrialized nations seek to shore-up safety, supply and environment issues in the present system of power generation and distribution, should we be creating more potential dependence on petroleum products with limited supply and risky transportation issues? Who will control our electrical power supply?

The trend in electrical power should be away from large scale intricate production and distribution networks especially those based on petroleum products which are not under our control and thus vulnerable to the destructive power of a few terrorists, lax safety plans and unknown weak links in the supply chain.

The most economical, efficient and consistent way to produce base load electrical power is with Nuclear and CFB, circulating fluidized bed, powered facilities. Nuclear has the least environment impact. CFB offers fuel flexibility as it can use many varieties of coal, coal wastes, bio-mass and even waste from other fuel production processes- like pet-coke. These technologies have low environmental impact and GHG emissions.

The two biggest weaknesses of the large scale base load power systems are fuel supply and the distribution grid; limited capacity and power disruption caused by natural or terrorists’ acts can take down the entire basis of our society in a matter of minutes as we have seen in the past.

Onsite Power Generation / Smart Grid

Can we provide a third way to generate power and supply critical production of food water and emergency resources? Yes, the most immediate way is with onsite generation of gas and bio-fuels in self contained cross linked industrial complexes.

In order to reduce the potential for a major loss of electrical power which could totally cripple our country we should establish peak load generation units at locations other than the main large scale base load systems. Gas turbine and small scale CFG bio-mass capacity can provide power for food, beverage and emergency systems independent of the grid but serving as peak power supply to the grid. This would now offer three alternate transportation networks for emergency power production, the electrical grid, the gas production distribution system and bio-mass system. Bio-mass fired units can even be used to dispose of the waste generated by many natural disasters.

By grouping food production plants which have a high biological laden waste water stream, water and waste water treatment plants with anaerobic reactors, and emergency resources - medical, police etc together: self sustaining systems can be created to address most potential disaster causing events.

The result of the above strategy; Onsite generation of power, water production and reuse will make the most critical manufacturing, food processing and emergency resource facilities self-contained!

The smart grid is the key to sustainability as all forms of energy are plugged into the grid to provide maximum italicization of the best available fuel supply and at the same time provide the maximum ability to adapt to rapidly changing safety and emergency situations. With decentralized generation and by directional metering the market will control what happens with electrical generation and provide CO2 reduction.

Hospitals, governments and all power generation companies need to embrace the idea of systems integration for safety reasons. Optimal performance and waste minimization offer savings to payback the cost in minimal time. Integrated systems using the Best Available Technologies will provide the maximum use of resources, best safety, and least environmental impact.

Conclusion:

This program not only isolates and addresses the issue of GHG, greenhouse gases; it provides a means of transporting electrical power and food production into developing third world countries. The two biggest problems the Kyoto treaty has yet to resolve. It works equally well for any country in the world. Large scale base load units are long lead time. Gas turbines and small scale CFB units for self-contained power generation can create immediate and long lasting safety and a means of improving our image and presence internationally. Funds committed for international Kyoto efforts can now be used to address generation and safety issues as well as adding production requirements to our manufacturing facilities.

Even though transformational change is underway around the world the USA is still in position to lead the world in creating a secure environmentally sound electrical generation system. A CO2 cap and trade system is not the way of leadership it is only smoke and mirrors. Each facility or country must stand on its own when it comes to carbon reduction. Either it has a carbon reduction plan or it does not. That makes evaluation of the company or country easy. The objective then becomes to help them create a plan of action to reduce emissions.

All societies are now interlinked with instant communication and trade. Profound changes are under way in the Production of heat and power. In the USA and around the world distributed generation technologies like micro-turbines and fuel cells are growing rapidly. Having a system in place to make use of those technologies could provide many advantages and save billions of dollars per year in wasted energy and millions of gallons of fresh potable water.

We should spend the Stimulus money creating a comprehensive electrical power generation plan which addresses all of the issues at hand.

Our objective should be to actively bring together the resources to address multiple issues at the same time safety, energy, water, and environmental.

Step One:

Identify emergency zones both domestic and international for distributed power development and create partnerships to use CFB-circulating fluidized bed, fuel cell and other distributed power technologies in combination with waste minimization, CO2 reduction and water reuse to spread the cost over the complete project.

Some industries and emergency control centers can tolerate a higher capital cost for the advantages offered. Others can achieve momentum by combining technologies to reduce operating expenses or improve process design.

Example.

Food grade plants have a high demand for water and consistent power supply. They also produce a high organic volume post-process water stream for the production of bio-gas. The United States government has identified food processing as a high priority Safety issue if problems arise with the existing electric grid or water supply.

In Florida where good quality water is available from the aquifer, onsite wells can provide all the fresh water requirements. Onsite post-process water treatment can provide a high purity reuse stream for boiler feed( Pinnelas County Example) and a concentrate stream laden with organics for raw gas production as a byproduct.

Combining our biotechnological skills in screening microorganisms from post process water with biogas generation and manipulation techniques, we can construct a complete hydrogen production system that will provide a high percentage of onsite fuel requirements.

Heat from the power generation equipment can be used in many ways including humidity control for comfort or process optimization providing a natural pathway to the discussion of makeup air and other environmental issues.

Step Two:

Identify domestic and international suppliers offering the best available technologies at the present. There are lots of available options.

Develop grant programs to stimulate the commercialization of new technologies.

Step Three:

Contract programs for design, build, operate for both domestic and international projects.


The USA has listened to the needs of the world and our nation when it comes to GHG and waste minimization we are and will continue to be the leader for designing programs to help the peoples of the world. We are prepared to lead the way out of both the financial crisis and the energy crisis.
With a unified world energy program we can make a difference in the everyday life of people around the world. We have the opportunity to spur the global economy both for the industrialized nations and the so called third world and developing nations.
The question is will we come together on a key issue driving the needs of the world today and into the future?
If we do not plan for the world energy needs we are going to experience more turmoil as disputes erupt over ever diminishing supplies of petroleum products.
